On the SIPO Open Day of April 27, the Patent Reexamination Board published 10 patent invalidation cases of the year 2014. These cases cover technical areas including mechanics, electrics, telecommunication, chemistry, medicine, material, optoelectronics and design etc.

　　The ten cases are: application for invalidation of invention patent of “Mobile hoisting crane with the balancer whose position can be changed”; application for invalidation of invention patent of “Treatment with anti-ErbB2 antibody”; application for invalidation of invention patent of “benzamides histone acetylase inhibitor and its pharmaceutical preparation with differential and antiproliferative activity”; application for invalidation of invention patent of “paging method and installation”; application for invalidation of invention patent of “powdered clarifier and the method to mix it into translucent polyolefin resin”; application for invalidation of invention patent of “prestressed high-strength concrete RC pile and its manufacturing method and mould”; application for invalidation of invention patent of “a transparent conductive film and its manufacturing method”; application for invalidation of utility model patent of “touch-control pattern structure of capacitive touch pad”; application for invalidation of design patent of “automobile (SUV)”; application for reexamination of invention patent of “method of recycling amine catalyst in interface polycarbonate manufacturing technique”.
