As an important part of the national IPR publicity week events in 2018, the 2018 High-level Forum on China IPR Protection was held in Beijing on April 20, themed on “strengthen IPR protection and foster harmonious business environment”. Shen Changyu, SIPO Commissioner, Wang Binying, Deputy Director General of WIPO, Yan Xiaohong, Deputy Head of CPPCC Committee of Cultural and Historic Study, Lu Pengqi, Vice President of CCPIT, Yann Ménière, Chief Economist of EPO, Adel El-saaed Oweida, Head of EGPO, Freddie Haris, Director General of the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP) of Indonesia under Ministry of Laws and Human Rights of Indonesia and Adil Elmaliki, Head of OMPIC in attended the meeting.
